We introduce the concept of Invoice Debtor. An invoice debtor is an umbrella organization over which the collective invoice flow may run. The invoice debtor in turn sends an invoice to an underlying debtor.

As an example we give a dealer which is linked to a dealer group. The dealer has a service performed. The service performed is invoiced to the dealer group, the invoice debtor. The dealer group in turn invoices the dealer.
