You can set up an automatic message for customers of a branding so that when a customer creates a ticket, they will see this welcome message.
Follow these steps:
Log in to the dashboard.
Go to Branding.
Click on the branding for which you want to set up the message.
Scroll down to Chat Message.
Enable New Ticket Welcome Message and fill in the message you want customers to see.
You have now successfully created an automatic message for this branding.
