Unfortunately, there are certain services that we cannot support. This can be due to technical limitations or legal regulations. Below is an overview of the services we do not perform.

Services that are not possible
Some updates are too large and risky to perform safely via our Remote VCI. Therefore, we are unable to support the following services:

• Multimedia updates

• Radio updates

• Navigation updates

Services that are legally not allowed
Due to environmental laws and other regulations, we are not allowed to perform the following actions:

• Disabling the start/stop system

• Deactivating AdBlue

• Deactivating the alarm

• Deactivating the immobilizer

Other services we do not perform

• Programming keys for Mercedes

• Cloning modules

• Light conversions, such as from LED to halogen
