At the top of the dashboard, you’ll find two sections dedicated to connector types: Remote connectors and Local OBD-II connectors. Each section provides access to detailed information about the individual connectors.
Remote Connectors
In the Remotes section, you’ll see a list of connected (online) remote connectors. For each remote, the owning company is displayed.
By clicking the corresponding information button, a detailed window opens, showing:
-
Vehicle information the remote is connected to
-
Remote device details
-
Connection status and diagnostics
-
Customer information
It is also possible to open the connector and log in as the associated client, allowing you to support or monitor the session as if you were the customer.
Local OBD-II Connectors
In the Locals section, you'll find all local connectors currently linked to your company’s server.
-
Use the rename button to assign a custom name to each local connector
-
Click the info button to view detailed data about the selected connector
The information includes:
-
Hardware and software version
-
Last connection timestamp (when the local device last connected to the server)
-
The ability to open the connector and log in as the client, just like with remotes, for diagnostic or support purposes
