Sometimes the Remote VCI cannot find many ecu's and shows only a few or no ecu's found. You can check this by clicking the schema symbol in the information bar at the top of the ticket:
This issue can occur with multiple vehicles, but is especially common with Ford and Fiat Ducato. These vehicles are very sensitive to the engine, so selecting the correct model and engine type is crucial. The exact build year and type are also important for the pin settings of the plugin profile.
Try the following steps:
Make sure the correct brand, model, type, and engine type are selected.
Click the reset button next to the plugin profiles, and wait until the reset reaches 100%.
The schema symbol may not immediately show communication, so we advise checking the live log as well.
