For one specific version of the Fiat 500X and the Jeep Renegade, we do not provide support. In older versions of these FCA models, the airbag module can become defective when these vehicles are read out using the Remote VCI.

If you are creating a ticket and the VIN number is not automatically read, you can enter it manually. If you then see the message that the vehicle is not supported, this unfortunately concerns that specific model, and we are unable to perform any services for it.
