Step 1. Press the flag button in the ticket workspace
If your workspace has been configured by the Support team, you will see a Flag Button in your ticket workspace. Clicking it ensures that the ticket ID and vehicle information are automatically captured.
Step 2. Submit the Flag Form
After flagging, complete the form with relevant technical and contextual details.
First, select the request type “Form JNW.” Some information will then be automatically filled in by the system.
Please provide the following additional information:
- the impact of the issue
- tools and VCI used
- diagnostic routine performed
- a clear description of the issue
- any relevant observations or logs
Providing complete information helps the vehicle communication team assess the issue faster and more accurately.
