This option enables you to manage your Outsourcing Partners. you can ask for Outsourcing Partners by sending an e-mail to Jifeline Networks.

After we have got permission of both parties we can enable the Outsourcing link. 

Manage "auto-closing" of tickets

On this page you can set whether a ticket that comes back from "outsource" should be closed automatically.

The ticket will be closed automatically only if:

• The product(s) on your ticket match to the products on the partner ticket;
• The partner to whom the ticket was outsourced closed the ticket;
• You have enabled the "auto-close" functionality in the settings tab*.

This is where the new catalog and product management becomes very useful . Imagine that you outsource a ticket that involves a tow bar coding job to Automated Functions. Once the ticket has been completed and closed by Automated Functions, it will be automatically closed at your dashboard.
