This option enables you to manage your Insourcing Partners. Each Partner can ask for insourcing Partners by sending an e-mail to Jifeline Networks.
Jifeline Networks will activate your request, for each partner with whom you have an insource relationship, you need to set the following:
- Target client
- This links the incoming ticket to a base client.
- Default product
- This setting is necessary to enable ticket exchange with a service provider that still works with the first generation product catalogue. When the service provider tries to outsource a ticket to you, the configured product is placed on the ticket as the default product. Make sure that you have configured the "default product" correctly in your product catalog.
- The "default product" setting is also used to enable ticket exchange with a service provider that has only partially filled its catalogue and therefore cannot find a suitable product in case of ticket outsourcing.
