Partner Collaboration Setup

Would you like to collaborate with another diagnostic partner or workshop through Jifeline? This is possible by setting up an insource/outsource relationship.

With this feature, you can:

  • Outsource tickets to a trusted partner

  • Receive tickets from another workshop or partner

This allows for smooth cooperation between two parties using the Jifeline platform. 
Follow these four steps to set it up:
 

1. Agree on conditions

Jifeline provides the technical ability to outsource tickets between dashboards but does not handle administrative matters.

You and your partner should agree on:

  • Which tickets can be outsourced
  • Reporting procedures
  • Invoicing and payment terms

2. Request the connection 
Once terms are agreed, contact support@jifeline.com. Jifeline will link the dashboards, enabling both partners to act as Service Providers.

3. Add each other as a customer 

Each partner needs to add the other as a Customer in their Jifeline dashboard.

4. Link the client to the service provider

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your dashboard

  2. Click SettingsInsourcing Links

  3. Find the correct Service Provider

  4. Set the newly created client as the Target Customer

  5. Choose a Default Product (recommended: 100120 – Remote Diagnostic Support)

Once all steps are completed, both partners can outsource tickets to each other.
