On the right side of the ticket detail page, you’ll find a window that displays detailed information about the product or service requested by the customer.
This panel includes:

The product or service name
-
The price and total amount
-
Any discounts, shown in brackets next to the product and price
Adding a product
To add a new product:

Click on “Add Product”

A search bar will appear labeled “Search Products”

Only products that are compatible with the vehicle in the ticket will be shown
Once you select a product, it will appear in the list. A small X (red cross) next to the product allows you to remove it, excluding it from the total.

After clicking “Add”, a new window appears where you can:

Use the “Add” bar to select a new or additional product

View any products already active on the ticket
Discounts
To apply a discount:

Click “Additional discount” below the selected product

A new window opens where you can:

Optionally enter a reason for the discount

Choose either a percentage or an exact amount to subtract from the price

⚠️ Note: You can only enter one type of discount — either a percentage or a fixed amount. If both fields are filled, the system will keep only one and automatically clear the other.

Press “Add” to confirm the discount
Removing a Product
To remove a product from the ticket, click the red cross icon next to the product. This will exclude the item from the final total and remove it from the ticket’s active product list.
In this window there is a bar which says “add”, where you can chose a new or extra product. You can also see which products are already active on this ticket.
