Local and Remote connection information

At the top-center of the ticket detail page, you'll find information about the connected Remote and Local devices. This section helps you monitor and manage the connection status directly from the ticket.

Remote

The Remote bar displays the remote connector currently in use. It shows:

  • The Remote ID/number

  • The current ping (connection speed/latency), indicating the quality of the connection

Local

The Local bar shows which local connector is connected to the session. If you need to change or add a local device, you can simply click on the Local ID to manage the connection.

Connection Settings

Clicking the Local ID opens the Connection Settings window, where you can:

  • Add a Local – Adds an additional local connector to the current session

  • Replace Local – Disconnects the current local and connects a new one in its place

  • Drop Local – Completely removes the local connector from the session

These options give operators the flexibility to manage their diagnostic setup dynamically, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted ticket processing.
