Ticket Header

Each ticket contains a header section that provides essential information and quick access to key actions. The header includes the following details:

  • Country of origin

  • Ticket id

  • Ticket obtained through insource insourced.jpg

  • Ticket outsourced to another service provider outsourced.jpg

  • Automatically processed ticket Automated.png

  • Information about the device the ticket was created on

  • Creation date and time, processing time

  • Operator working on the ticket

  • Complete button

Menu for additional ticket actions

In addition to the basic ticket controls, the header includes a menu for additional actions, giving operators more flexibility in managing the ticket. Available options include:

  • Pin ticket to side bar
  • Outsource the ticket to another service provider
  • Cancel the ticket
  • Check VIN on components
  • Show live log
