Complete, Cancel, or Outsource Tickets

At the top-right corner of a ticket, you will see the “Complete” button and three dots. If you click on the three dots, you will find the options to Cancel or Outsource the ticket you are currently working on.

Cancel Ticket

If you click on “Cancel Ticket”, you will need to choose a reason for cancelling the ticket. Make sure to select the most suitable reason, as this helps our Network maintain a clear overview of the data.

Please also note that when you cancel a ticket, no costs or fees are charged by Jifeline Networks.

Outsource Ticket

By clicking on “Outsource Ticket”, you can send the ticket to another provider. A list of providers with matching products will appear under “Providers with matching products”, allowing you to outsource the ticket for the service that is selected in your ticket.

You can outsource a ticket, for example, when you want the service to be performed by another provider with more expertise, or if you are unable to perform the service yourself.

If you are experiencing communication issues while reading out the vehicle, you can also send the ticket to Jifeline Networks Support, which can be found under “Other Providers”. They can assist you with establishing communication. 
Please note that they do not perform any services.

Complete Ticket

Press the “Complete” button when the ticket has been successfully handled. By clicking this button, you mark the ticket as successfully closed.
